FAQ

How do you verify that all implants are 100% genuine?

Every implant is supplied in its original manufacturer sterile packaging with intact lot numbers, barcodes, and expiry dates. All documentation is traceable against the manufacturer's production records and export packing lists.

What warranty and distribution terms apply to bulk and dealer orders?

Distribution agreements and warranty terms are discussable and negotiated directly based on order volume, territorial coverage, and customer requirements. Specific protocols regarding product inspection, defect verification, transit damage, and replenishment are formalized during contract discussions.

Can business qualification licenses and product certification documents be provided?

Yes. As a compliant independent distributor, we provide complete copies of our corporate business licenses, medical device operating permits, FDA clearance records, CE certificates, and manufacturer lot documentation with your shipment or upon verification request.

How are sterile implants protected during international transit?

All products remain sealed in original factory packaging and are packed in reinforced, shock-absorbent export cartons to prevent seal rupture or damage during air transit. Complete tracking documentation is provided upon dispatch.

Which logistics channels are used for shipping, and who covers the freight cost?

We primarily ship via express air courier (including SF Express for regional routes, as well as DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international delivery) and specialized air cargo. Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CPT/CIP) and freight cost responsibilities are mutually negotiated and agreed upon during quotation.

How soon will orders be dispatched after placement and payment?

Orders for in-stock items are inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Every item undergoes warehouse barcode and lot verification prior to sealing.

How do you verify stock availability before order placement?

Our team checks your required catalog numbers line by line against our live warehouse stock of over 2,800 SKUs. You receive confirmed available quantities, expiry dates, lot numbers, and a formal quotation within 24 hours.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We maintain flexible ordering with no rigid bulk minimums on standard items. Healthcare buyers and surgery centers can order single instrument trays or specific replacement SKUs by catalog number, while regional distributors receive tiered volume pricing for bulk orders.

When will invoices be issued, and what types of billing documents are available?

Invoices and export documentation are issued within 1 to 5 business days after order completion. Depending on your import clearance and accounting requirements, we supply formal Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists with lot traceability, Certificates of Origin, and VAT invoices.

What payment methods do you support?

We primarily accept corporate Bank Wire Transfers (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T). Alternative payment arrangements or structured settlement terms can be discussed and coordinated based on specific customer procurement needs.
