T15 Low-Profile Locking Screws (ALPS)

The ALPS plates go where soft tissue is unforgiving: the dorsum of the foot, the medial border of the midfoot, the subcutaneous ridges of the elbow. In those corridors a screw head that stands proud of the plate is felt by the patient at every step and every bend. The low-profile head exists to make the hardware disappear into the plate surface.

The T15 star drive is what makes a small flush head practical: it carries insertion torque without cam-out, so the screw locks squarely despite the reduced head volume. The range also includes multi-directional versions for fragments that sit off the standard trajectories. Screw selection and configuration remain decisions of the operating surgeon.

The screws are driven with the T15 driver of the ALPS instrumentation until the head locks flush into the plate. The shared three-point-five-millimetre diameter keeps inventory simple, with length doing the adaptation across the anatomic sites the system serves.
