Product Details

In fixation, the plate is positioned on the anterior face of the distal tibia with the distal row seated above the joint line, and the locking screws are placed so they run parallel to the ankle just under the subchondral bone. The shaft is then fixed upwards along the anterior cortex. K-wire holes tack the plate in place while reduction and screw trajectory are confirmed. The reduction, the version and the final screw plan are the decision of the operating surgeon.
